Suzanne McLaughlin & Associates is a multi-specialty business consulting practice serving small to upper mid-size companies wishing to improve general business practices, upgrade financial and process control procedures, or better tailor information systems to specific business needs.  We are a problem-oriented, client-focused firm, listening carefully to client requirements, and crafting solutions that are both immediately effective and sound long-term investments.  One of our highest priorities is establishing and maintaining mutually respectful client relationships which enhance success and profitability. If your firm is currently facing business challenges in one of our specialty areas, we are prepared to help.  For client needs outside of our specialty areas, we are pleased to be affiliated with the GP Northeast Consulting Consortium, and will be happy to make carefully considered referrals to other specialties within that network when needed.
