Client Focused Business Consulting
Suzanne’s lengthy and varied business experience, together with her warm and personable nature, creates compatibility with corporate clients from production floors to boardrooms. She is a resourceful and tenacious business problem-solver, who engenders client trust at all levels. Well known for her personal touch, she believes that all good client-consultant relationships are collaborative, and fully capable of evolving over time. In her view, the solutions best for the client define success for the consultant as well. She is especially well-regarded for her skill and tact in the recovery of failed or inadequately performing first software implementation efforts. She believes that business software and processes are best regarded as tools - malleable assets which must be adjusted and shaped to fit the client company’s resources and objectives.
Suzanne consults regionally,
nationally, and internationally, and has formerly served on the National
Microsoft Business Solutions Manufacturing Product Advisory Board. She is also
a principal founder of the GP Northeast Consulting Consortium. In
addition, she currently serves her local community as an advisor to the
municipal Finance Committee.
